Slow Drowning is a badge in Cactus McCoy and The Curse of Thorns. It is earned by killing one Enemigo with a Squirt Gun.

If you have shooting level 1, the squirt gun takes 100 hits to kill a Green Swinging Enemigo, but at shooting level 6 it takes the same hits as fists at punching level 6.
